BCBA Responsibilities

  • Provide direct and indirect supervision to BTs/RBTs

  • Design, review, and update ABA curriculum and behavior intervention plans

  • Analyze data and implement data-driven program changes

  • Review session notes and clinical reports

  • Provide parent and staff training on an ongoing basis

  • Collaborate with administrative staff to maintain clinical quality


Qualifications

  • Master’s degree required

  • Active BCBA certification

  • LBA required

  • Experience working with children on the autism spectrum
