Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) - Clinic-Based | Savannah, GA

Job Summary:

At Valcor ABA, we are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our clinic-based team in Savannah, GA. As a BCBA with our organization, you will provide clinical oversight, develop and manage treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate closely with families of children ages 2-17. Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time

Location: In-Person | Savannah, GA

Salary: $85,000 - $105,000 per year (based on experience & caseload)

Job Description:

As a BCBA with Valcor ABA, you will:

• Conduct functional behavior and skills assessments

• Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans

• Provide direct supervision, mentorship, and support to RBTs

• Review session data and make data-driven clinical decisions

• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary team members

• Participate in treatment team meetings and case reviews

• Ensure compliance with BACB ethical standards and payer requirements

• Meet reasonable billable and supervision expectations

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Requirements:

• Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB

• Master's degree in ABA, psychology, education, or related field

• Strong clinical judgment and data-driven decision-making skills

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities

• Passion for working with children with autism and their families

• Ability to effectively supervise, coach, and support RBTs

• Organized, professional, and collaborative mindset
