Responsibilities

- Coordinate with technicians and service advisors to relay customer information and updates.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and repair orders.
- Process paperwork and assist with billing and payment procedures as needed.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and welcoming at all times.
Requirements
