Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, lead a high-performing team, and deliver outstanding guest experiences. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader skilled in front-of-house operations, team development, and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day restaurant operations, including dining room service, staffing, and guest satisfaction
- Lead, train, and coach front-of-house team members to uphold service standards
- Ensure exceptional customer experience and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with culinary and events teams to ensure seamless service execution
- Oversee scheduling, labor management, and productivity to meet financial goals
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and alcohol service regulations
- Monitor inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships for front-of-house needs
- Support private events, weddings, and seasonal programming as needed
- Analyze performance metrics (sales, labor, guest feedback) to drive continuous improvement
Qualifications
- 3+ years of restaurant management experience (full-service or upscale dining preferred)
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
- Proven ability to manage high-volume service while maintaining quality standards
- Experience with POS systems, scheduling software, and reporting tools
- Knowledge of food, wine, and beverage service
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in event-driven or hospitality venue environments
- Familiarity with farm-to-table or seasonal dining concepts
- Background in wine service or beverage program management
