Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Bookkeeper to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Your expertise will support the organization’s financial health and provide vital insights through precise bookkeeping and financial reporting. Responsibilities

  • Record and process journal entries using various accounting software such as QuickBooks.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and general ledger reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial data.
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including invoice processing and payment tracking.
  • Conduct balance sheet reconciliation and account analysis to verify account balances align with supporting documentation.
  • Prepare financial reports, including statements of financial position and income statements, in accordance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
  • Support budgeting processes by tracking expenses and providing detailed account analysis for management review.
Skills

  • Must be proficient in accounting software such as QuickBooks.
  • Strong understanding of corporate accounting principles, including double entry bookkeeping and financial concepts.
  • Knowledge of accounts payable/receivable processes, journal entries, and account analysis.
  • Ability to perform 10 key typing accurately for data entry tasks.
  • Familiarity with payroll processing, tax experience, and budgeting procedures.

Work Location: In person

Compensation: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour

As an appliance repair technician, you’ll work with anything from dishwashers to microwaves to dryers. In other words, you’ll need to be fairly knowledgeable about large appliances, portable appliances, mechanical work, as well as electrical work.

You’ll deal with more than just appliances, though, as a repair technician, you’ll have to deal with people, too.

Appliance repair technicians must also have skills in high mechanical aptitude, have impeccable written and verbal communication skills, work adeptly with repair tools, be okay with lifting heavy machinery, and of course, be incredibly skilled in troubleshooting problems.
