We have a great opportunity to join our Management Team leading our Hudson, WI branch. The Branch Operations Manager provides leadership for office and warehouse staff, overseeing daily operations while ensuring high-quality customer service and the achievement of sales and productivity goals. The Branch Manager aligns sales strategies with operational capabilities to drive business growth, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities Include:




  • Hire, manage, and develop staff

  • Increase sales and profit, meeting KPIs set

  • Understand financial statements, budgeting needs, and ensure OPEX controls are in place

  • Oversee branch operations, including daily follow-up with customer service queues/CRM, Inventory Management and Warehouse Operations

  • Build relationships with customers, vendors, and employees to maintain consistent customer service levels

  • Assure to all safety policies and procedures are being adhered to, and safety culture is positive

  • Ensure marketing strategies are implemented

  • Travel to customers, meetings, and training opportunities
