We’ve built our reputation on outstanding food, flawless execution, and a commitment to creating memorable experiences for every client and guest. As we continue to grow, we’re investing in our brand, our marketing capabilities, and the customer experience to further strengthen our position as the market leader.
We’re looking for a Brand & Marketing Manager who is excited by the challenge of building a beloved local brand, telling compelling stories, and creating meaningful connections with customers, partners, and the broader Austin community. This is a unique opportunity to help shape the next phase of growth for one of Austin’s most respected hospitality brands.

Schedule
Full-time, salaried position. Standard business hours with flexibility required to support events, activations, and networking functions. Evening and weekend availability is required on occasion, particularly around major events and seasonal peaks.

Characteristics & Skills
Characteristic or Skill | Summary of What’s Expected |
Brand Builder | You understand what makes a brand distinct and you know how to bring it to life consistently across every channel and touchpoint — from social media to a live event activation. |
Data-Driven | You don’t shy away from campaign metrics, engagement data, or booking analytics. You use numbers to guide decisions and demonstrate the value of marketing investment. |
Proactive & Self-Motivated | You prioritize independently and take action without waiting to be asked. You see opportunities to strengthen the brand or drive leads, and you go after them. |
Storyteller | You craft content that resonates — from a compelling event recap to a social post that captures our culture. You know how to tell Contigo’s story in ways that connect emotionally and drive action. |
Relationship Builder | You build genuine connections with clients, venue partners, event planners, and community organizations. You represent Contigo with warmth and professionalism, and you know that relationships are the foundation of a great brand. |
Detail-Oriented | Brand consistency matters to you. You notice when a caption doesn’t match the tone, when a photo is off-brand, or when a campaign asset needs refinement — and you take the initiative to make it right. |
Finisher | You finish campaigns, projects, and activations that you start — and over-deliver on expectations. You don’t leave things half-done, and you follow through on commitments to the team and to partners. |
Quality-focused | You don’t publish content or launch campaigns until they’re right. You hold yourself to a high standard and strive to build processes that prevent errors from repeating in the future. |
Hands-On Executor | You’re equally comfortable thinking strategically and rolling up your sleeves to write copy, coordinate a photo shoot, or set up a brand activation at an event. You don’t wait for others to execute — you get it done. |
Strong organizational skills | You juggle multiple campaigns, channels, vendors, and deadlines without dropping the ball. You have systems for everything and keep projects moving efficiently, even when priorities shift. |
Excellent planner | You plan campaigns, content calendars, and brand activations well in advance, while remaining agile enough to respond to real-time opportunities. You hit deadlines and help the team stay ahead of key moments and milestones. |
Outgoing & Mindful | You’re comfortable representing Contigo in a variety of settings — from industry networking events to community partnerships — and you communicate with warmth and professionalism. Our clients and partners feel valued, not like a transaction. |
