- Assist in menu planning and development of new broiled items.
- Keep workstations organized and well-stocked with necessary ingredients.
- Participate in kitchen inventory management and ordering supplies.
- Proven experience as a cook, preferably in a broil or grill setting.
- Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, and equipment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for culinary excellence.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Food safety certification is a plus.
- Flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
