Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook a variety of broiled dishes to perfection.
  • Maintain high standards of food safety and cleanliness in the kitchen.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely meal service.
  • Monitor cooking times and temperatures for optimal results.
  • Assist in menu planning and development of new broiled items.
  • Keep workstations organized and well-stocked with necessary ingredients.
  • Participate in kitchen inventory management and ordering supplies.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a cook, preferably in a broil or grill setting.
  • Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, and equipment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality.
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for culinary excellence.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Food safety certification is a plus.
  • Flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
