What Are We Looking For?

Your Health is currently looking for a Business Analyst to join our growing urgent care family. Lead the business analysis process for assigned software projects, including requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation. Work collaboratively with stakeholders across all levels of the organization to understand business needs. Utilize business process modeling techniques (BPMN, UML) to analyze and document business processes. Apply Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) in project execution and ensure effective collaboration within cross-functional teams.


QUALIFICATIONS

� Bachelor�s Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field required.

� Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in business analyst within the healthcare industry, in-depth understanding of business process modeling techniques (BPMN, UML), and expertise in eliciting, documenting, and analyzing complex business requirements.

� Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and experience working in a cross-functional team environment; required

� Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills to effectively bridge the gap between business and technical teams; required.

� Ability to independently manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines; required.

� Experience with user story creation, user experience (UX) design principles, and user acceptance testing (UAT); required.

� Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL queries) to extract and interpret data for informed decision-making.

� Experience with business intelligence (BI) tools for data visualization and reporting (a plus); preferred.

� Experience with cost-benefit analysis and return on investment (ROI) calculations (a plus); preferred.

� Experience with change management methodologies and stakeholder engagement strategies; preferred.

� Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana); preferred.

� Ability to foster a cooperative work environment.

� Team player with ability to manage multiple responsibilities and demonstrate sound judgment.

� Must be able to work flexible hours and travel between offices, facilities, etc. Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state and/or organizational requirements and is in good working order.
