Job Description
As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality solutions for our clients. Your expertise in Forex trade lifecycle, including pre-trade and post-trade processes, will be utilized to ensure efficient and effective operations. With exposure to settlement, accounting, and reconciliation, you will contribute to the development and testing phases, working closely with business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and understand Forex trade lifecycle processes, including pre-trade and post-trade activities.
  • Collaborate with development and testing teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of solutions.
  • Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide expert advice on Forex-related systems.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory reporting standards and maintain knowledge of industry regulations.
  • Document and communicate business analysis findings, creating clear and concise reports.
  • Support the implementation and testing of new systems or enhancements, ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Provide training and guidance to less experienced team members on Forex trade lifecycle processes.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies, especially in the Forex domain.
  • Work on multiple projects simultaneously, managing priorities and delivering within agreed timelines.

Qualifications

  • 5-10 years of FX Business Analysis experience, with a strong focus on investment banking, treasury, and capital markets.
  • In-depth knowledge of Forex trade lifecycle, including pre-trade and post-trade processes, and related systems.
  • Experience working with Murex, Calypso, Adaptiv, Bloomberg, or Reuters is an added advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex financial processes.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of working effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work.
  • A degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Certifications in Business Analysis or Finance-related domains are highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards, especially in the Forex industry.
  • A proactive and self-motivated approach, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
