Summary:
Solicits new customers in the business community. Provides deposit and cash management services, payment solutions, and a broad array of lending products to meet business clients` access to capital needs. Solicits referrals to Community Financial Advisors.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Prospects in and out of the office to bring in new business customers, and develop and work centers of influence to expand the customer base.
- Reviews loan requests in a thorough and timely manner, and present recommendation for approval or denial of requests in a format consistent with Bank policy and regulatory guidelines.
- Works with existing book of business customers to ensure business and personal cross-sell, capture of entire relationship, and improved customer retention, to increase Bank balance and revenue growth.
- Manages loan portfolio credit quality, and maintains low delinquency consistent with Bank guidelines.
- Monitors loans booked to maintain compliance with loan agreement and Bank policy.
- Responds to customer information requests or inquiries involving business loan.
- Assists in product and service development to ensure customer satisfaction and Bank profitability; recommend upgrades, elimination or future development of under-performing products and services, and development or introduction of new products and services when necessary.
- Promotes favorable image of the Bank in all business activities within the community.
- Follows and supports the Company’s policies and procedures accurately.
- Positively represents the Company’s culture and values.
- Achieves annual goals as assigned.
- Completes annual required regulatory and Cybersecurity training curriculums as assigned.

Education, Training and/or Experience
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Skills
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
