Job Title: Business Banking Specialist
Job Purpose: Support implementation and maintenance of all Business Banking products and services across multiple partners and customers.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to the institution’s Business Banking customers as well as internal bank personnel.
- Demonstrate proficient knowledge of Business Banking services and educate customers on the features and benefits of each service.
- Complete necessary documentation, implementation on bank systems, and customer setup of Business Banking products and services.
- Respond professionally and accurately to customer service inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.
- Support the development and maintenance of proper procedures, policies, and systems to assure compliance and customer satisfaction with treasury products.
- Facilitate training opportunities for bank personnel to become more familiar and comfortable with Business Banking services.
- Stay abreast of current products, policies, technology, and industry trends.
- Travel as needed.
- Assist with Audits and Exams and Operational duties as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Associate degree in business, finance or related degree; two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Working knowledge of bank platforms, systems and products.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to instruct others, train personnel and write reports.
- Proficiency of Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Physical Requirements:
- This position requires manual dexterity, the ability to lift files and open filing cabinets. This position requires bending, stooping or standing as necessary.
- Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
- Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards.
- Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively.
