Job Description

Sage Credit Union is looking for a qualified professional for our new Business Center Administrator position.

 

The Business Center Administrator will actualize Sage Credit Union's mission of Providing our members and communities with the opportunity to prosper by creating an environment that is effective and efficient and ensures a Crest experience for every visitor and team member through the facilitation of physical plant, and administration of equipment, supply, and other resources.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Oversite of Lakeport's day-to-day activities with excellence which sets the buildings tenor and reinforces the organization's values and promotes Sage's culture. 
  • Administration of common areas ensuring they are functioning, equipped, and set up for use.
  • Oversight of scheduling rooms and resources.
  • Receive and host visitors.
  • Interface with tenants, external users, employees, and various vendors.
  • Supply management including office, kitchen, and bathroom.
  • Managing physical and digital record retention.
  • Assist with incoming and outgoing mail, package, and supply distribution.
  • Support Facilities Management.
  • Maintain security procedures and conduct screenings.
  • Maintain diligence to ensure building, personnel, and information security.
  • Assist in various departments and team members as needed.
  • Support and back up members of the Executive Administration Team.
