Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Relationship Management: Identify, contact, and develop relationships with new potential clients (OEMs – Mahindra, Tata and Suzuki in particular) – 25%
- Sales & RFQ Management: Lead the technical RFQ (tender) process, including managing initial technical discussions between OEM customers and internal experts. – 50%
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Define and implement region-specific GTM strategies for ADAS products, including long-term planning – 10%
- Market Intelligence: Analyze regional trends, customer applications, and competitor strategies to provide feedback to product areas. – 10%
- Technical Promotion: Actively promote ADAS solutions/technologies through presentations, trade shows, and industry conferences. – 5%
Key Requirements:
- Experience: 12+ years of relevant experience in business development or technical marketing within the automotive electronics sector with at least 5 years of experience in ADAS products
- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of ADAS products and sensors including cameras, radar, domain controllers, Autonomous Driving (AD) features, and automotive systems engineering.
- Education: Bachelor’s Engineering.
- Skills: Strong technical negotiation skills, capability to align technical specifications with customer needs, and demonstrated ability to build high-potential funnels.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) for senior stakeholder management.
- Attitude: Should possess a resilient and persuasive personality and play to win attitude. The person will be responsible for key product or design wins for the India region.
