- Lead and oversee sourcing operations for the CVCE business at the location level.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
- Manage and drive the performance of frontline sales and business development teams.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, dealers, corporate DSAs, and partners.
- Ensure strict compliance with all regulatory and organizational policies.
- Maintain high standards of quality in sourcing activities.
- Promote and ensure cross-selling of liability products and Third-Party Protection (TPP).
- Oversee collection management to optimize receivables and reduce delinquencies
Responsibilities
- On-board Dealer & DSA to source more business.
- To Evaluate proposals and structure finance for respective product across state.
- Drive profitability in his state by monitoring key profitability metrics
- Financial analysis of clients & markets, identification and optimization of risk identified
- Maintain a healthy pipeline and keep a high activity level in the state
- Grow the business and meet monthly revenue targets.
