Duties

Manages a business activity. Develops, recommends and enforces operating procedures.,Conducts customer surveys, reviews usage/sales to make recommendations concerning services, promotion activities and revenue improvements.,Develops budgetary data.,Evaluates financial statements, reviewing costs against revenues, advising supervisor of status and recommending improvements in merchandise lines, marketing, etc.,Supervises assigned staff.
