Job Description

Business Office Manager (Administrative Services Director)

IntegraCare, manager of Senior Living, Independent Living & Memory Care Communities, is looking for a dedicated and detail oriented professional to manage the Business Office of one of our premier Senior Living Communities and help to keep The Residence at Fitz FarmA Great Place to Work and a Great Place to Live”.

Salary:  $67,000 - $69,000 + quarterly bonus potential

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Proactively manage the A/R, A/P and collections process for residents & vendors
  • Effectively communicate and enforce all company employment policies, procedures, systems and initiatives thoroughly and with clarity
  • Have extensive knowledge of and support all federal, state and local employment regulations, laws and guidelines
  • Accurately complete all new-hire benefits and Human Resources requirements in a timely and precise manner while maintaining thorough personnel files
  • Manage and process team member payroll with accuracy and precision on a biweekly basis
  • Provide effective supervision of the Reception Desk, to include direct supervision of Receptionists, and provide support, guidance and leadership to direct reports and all community team members

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university/college is preferred.
  • Three (3) or more years of experience in business office management, which includes bookkeeping and/or Human Resources responsibilities is required.
  • Experience in the Health Care industry is preferred.
  • Current Drivers License is required.
  • Must have knowledge of receivables and collections, general bookkeeping, wage and overtime laws and payroll functions.
