The Business Office Manager is responsible for the efficient running of our healthcare office and requires someone with prior experience as a Business Office Manager. This position handles RFMS, financial screenings for Medicaid, collections refunds, complete 148s, manage resident trust fund, post payments and participate in triple check calls.
Duties:
- Financial screenings for Medicaid
- Medical records management
- Support of HR functions
- Day to day management of office
- Keeping accurate record of patient charts
- Data entry for accounts
Qualifications:
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Computer and Microsoft office knowledge
- Medical terminology
- Minimum one year Business Office Management experience in a nursing home
