Summary
Business Office Student Assistants are responsible for supporting the Business Office with administrative tasks. Some students may also assist with customer service.

Some of the tasks that may be assigned could include:
- Scanning and recording documents for record retention.
- Assisting with file maintenance.
- Reviewing university procurement card program documents.
- Answering phones and front counter customer service.
- Contributing to special projects as assigned which may include research, data analysis, and data entry.
- Other duties as assigned.
Typical Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft office suite.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Effective time management skills.
Supplemental Information
- Hours
- The hours are flexible and can be arranged around the student’s class schedule, however the shift(s) must be a minimum of 2 hours each and would have to be worked during the Business Office hours of Monday-Friday 9am-5pm.
