Connected Logistics is seeking a Business Systems Analyst Lead to support DLA's Information Operations J62FG. This program is responsible for the application development and sustainment of several identity-related programs in Legacy AMPS. J62FG is also responsible for supporting applications that are migrating from Legacy AMPS to DOW E-ICAM.


The Business Systems Analyst Lead is a top level technical contributor with expertise in Information Technology cradle to grave processes related to applications and infrastructure.


Key Responsibilities:


The Business Systems Analyst Leads act as members of a team responsible for providing technical guidance concerning the business implications of the application of various systems. Specific duties for this position include but aren't limited to:

  • Documents existing operations and practices. 
  • Analyzes operations and practices against documented best practices.
  • Develops plans of action and milestones to evolve to the best practices. 


Requirements

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
  • Possess five (5) years of relevant experience.
  • Must hold an AGILE certification, Project Management Professional (PMP) (ideally agile based) certification or equivalent. 
  • Must possess IT-II Non-Critical Sensitive security clearance or Tier 3 (T3) at time of proposal submission.


 Preferred Qualifications:

  • Possess excellent analytical and writing skills.
  • Possess Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project, etc.) knowledge. 
  • Possess experience working with DoD/DLA.
