Position Summary - We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Systems Analyst to support data-driven decision-making by translating business needs into effective technical solutions. This role partners with cross-functional teams to analyze processes, define requirements, and improve operational efficiency.

What you’ll do
Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
Translate requirements into user stories, workflows, and specifications
Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and interviews
Collaborate with product, development, and QA teams to ensure accurate delivery
Develop process documentation (e.g., workflows, BRDs, FRDs)
Support testing efforts, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Monitor project scope, timelines, and risks; recommend solutions
Drive process improvements to enhance scalability and performance
Other duties may be assigned by management
What you’ll need
(Required Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, or related field
2–5+ years of Business Analyst or similar experience
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
Experience with requirements gathering and documentation
Proficiency in Excel and data tools (e.g., SQL, Power BI, Tableau)
Ability to work with large datasets
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools
Knowledge of process modeling (BPMN, UML)
Relevant certifications (CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA)
Experience in construction or similar industries

The wage range for Business Systems Analyst is $70,000.00 - $110,000.00.
