Compensation and Benefits:

Compensation: Starting pay rate of $17.50 - $18.38, actual wage will be adjusted based on experience.

Benefits: Seasonal position eligible for a season pass for employee/dependents and privileges at several other resorts. Several discount programs (i.e. food & beverage, retail/rental, tickets, etc.) are also available.

As a Café Barista / Retail Associate, you’ll be at the center of the guest experience—crafting high-quality beverages, assisting with retail sales, and creating a welcoming, upbeat atmosphere for every guest.

Summary of Key Responsibilities:

Deliver fast, friendly, and personalized service to every guest

Prepare and serve specialty coffee, espresso drinks, and café items with consistency and care

Build relationships with repeat guests by learning names and preferences

Accurately take and fulfill orders

Operate the register and handle transactions with accuracy

Educate guests on coffee, tea, retail products, and menu offerings

Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked work and retail areas

Monitor food quality and uphold safety and temperature standards

Assist with inventory, restocking, and product ordering

Support alcohol sales in a safe and responsible manner (as applicable)

Handle guest questions, concerns, and feedback with professionalism

Work collaboratively with teammates to keep operations running smoothly
