This shift for this position is Monday to Friday from 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM with a start date of June 29th, 2026.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting individuals with information and support regarding healthcare benefits.
- Providing accurate and consistent information.
- Providing quality customer service and support.
- Meet performance metrics such as call quality, average handle time, customer satisfaction, and attendance goals.
- Resolve customer complaints and complex issues.
- Provide empathetic customer service during stressful situations.
- Demonstrate strong multitasking abilities by managing high call volumes while accurately documenting customer information, and efficiently navigating multiple computer systems, CRM software, and data entry platforms during customer interactions.
