Job Summary

Provides efficient secretarial, receptionist, administrative support for department to ensure a smoothly functioning office and superior patient relations with minimal oversight from supervisors. Works well with others in a team-oriented environment.

Job Duties

  • Cordially deal with the public; cordially receives patients and guests, ascertain their needs, and appropriately direct patients, guests, and callers.

  • Handles administrative and personnel information with strict confidentiality; protect the reputation and integrity of others through strict confidentiality; demonstrate a high level of trust.

  • Operates computer efficiently to access e-mail, electronic calendars, and other basic office support software.

  • Uses automated systems to access, enter, and edit patient information/documentation.

  • Answers telephone/voicemail, screens callers, relays messages, and greets visitors

Hours

Full Time; 36 hour/week

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School Graduate or equivalent

  • Maintains BLS at Healthcare Provider Level
