Job Summary

The Career and College Grant Coordinator III operates under the general supervision of the Senior Director of Student Services, managing and implementing the grant-funded program(s) and other non-certificated adult education programs like the CNA and MA programs. This role involves coordinating program quality, member training, and general management in accordance with federal, state, and organizational policies and procedures. The Coordinator III works closely with schools, district offices, and various agencies to ensure program effectiveness, including budget management, marketing, and supporting job placements for participants. This position requires significant collaboration with state and regional officials and acts as a liaison or mediator for various agencies.

The Lake County Office of Education offers the following benefits to regular classified employees:
• Health and Welfare - an annual benefit cap in the amount of $17,500 for full-time employees. This may include medical, prescription, dental, and vision for each employee and all eligible dependents, based on the tier coverage selected by the employee. The employee's out-of-pocket contribution amount will vary based on the selection. Employees may purchase coverage through a 125-cafeteria plan.
