ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  •  All phases of general residential carpentry, including roofing, decking, siding, framing, trim work, etc.
  •  Basic home maintenance and repairs

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of five years’ experience in the construction/building industry
  • Ability to work from ladders, scaffolds, construction lifts 
  •  Must have own tools
  •  Basic communication skills – verbal and written
  • Ability to work as a part of a team
  • Assertive but pleasant, helpful personality, positive attitude
  • Ability to read and interpret construction documents such as drawings and safety rules

Requirements:

  • Full time position – 4/5 days a week
  • Valid PA Driver’s License
