ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- All phases of general residential carpentry, including roofing, decking, siding, framing, trim work, etc.
- Basic home maintenance and repairs
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of five years’ experience in the construction/building industry
- Ability to work from ladders, scaffolds, construction lifts
- Must have own tools
- Basic communication skills – verbal and written
- Ability to work as a part of a team
- Assertive but pleasant, helpful personality, positive attitude
- Ability to read and interpret construction documents such as drawings and safety rules
Requirements:
- Full time position – 4/5 days a week
- Valid PA Driver’s License
