OVERVIEW: |
The case manager is assigned to directly oversee residents’/clients’ services, which includes, but not limited to; developing dynamic treatment goals in accordance with his/her individual program plan or equivalent. The case manager shall interact with clients on a daily basis, and utilize cognitive behavioral techniques to change maladaptive behaviors in order to foster and promote prosocial decision-making & healthy interpersonal skills. The case manager will be required to facilitate client group sessions on prosocial decision-making in structured and manual-driven classroom setting. The case manager is required to meet all regulatory compliance standards, inclusive of entering information into the agency case management system. |
