Malloy Toyota is looking for a reliable, friendly, and motivated individual to join our team as a Part-Time Cashier/Receptionist.

Starting Pay: $15.00 per hour
Schedule: Flexible Hours | Part-Time/Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally
• Schedule service appointments
• Assist customers with basic service-related questions
• Process customer payments and cashier transactions
• Provide excellent customer service both in person and over the phone
• Work within the Reynolds & Reynolds dealership management system
• Support the office team with various administrative tasks

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer knowledge
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
• Must be a team player
• Previous receptionist, cashier, or office experience is preferred but not required
