Job Description

Guest Service Associate (Counter & Phones)

Westbrook House of Pizza | Westbrook, Maine

Westbrook House of Pizza is looking for a friendly, dependable, and motivated team member to join our front-of-house team.

This position focuses on customer service, order taking, and creating a great experience for every guest. You’ll often be the first person customers interact with — both in person and over the phone — so a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and reliability are extremely important.

If you enjoy working with people, staying busy, and being part of a supportive team environment, this is a great opportunity.


What You’ll Do

  • Greet customers with friendly and welcoming service
  • Take phone and in-person orders accurately
  • Enter orders into our POS system
  • Process cash and card payments
  • Answer menu questions and make recommendations
  • Package takeout orders and double-check accuracy
  • Help keep the counter, dining area, and drink station clean and organized
  • Support the team during busy periods

You play a major role in the customer experience and help keep the restaurant running smoothly.

No restaurant experience required — we’re happy to train the right person.

This position is a great fit for someone who:

Reliable transportation is required.


Schedule

  • Day, evening, and weekend shifts available
  • One weekend shift required
  • Full-time & part-time positions available

Pay & Benefits

Average Earnings: $17–$20+ per hour

  • Base pay: $15.10–$17/hour (based on experience)
  • Additional tip share averaging $2–$3/hour
  • Paid training provided
  • Consistent weekly hours available
