POSITION SUMMARY: Provide information and assistance to CCCH Guests with Castle Club membership, accounts, redemptions, and special event ticket purchases.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Administrate Castle Club duties in an accurate, proficient manner while providing excellent service to Guests, Vendors, and Team Members.
- Enroll new Castle Club members daily, meet established department goals and quotas.
- Ensure all activities are performed in compliance with CCCH policies, procedures, and all governing laws.
- Maintain current and accurate knowledge of Casino services, amenities, promotions, and events.
- Assist with special events and promotions, as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
