
What you´ll do
- Develop and execute the country strategy to achieve
revenue, profitability, and growth targets - Lead, motivate, and develop the local team, fostering a
high-performance culture - Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities,
partnerships, and market trends - Manage P&L, budgeting, and financial performance
for the Kuwait operations - Ensure operational excellence, compliance with local
regulations, and company policies - Build strong relationships with key stakeholders,
clients, and government authorities - Collaborate closely with regional and global teams to
align on strategic priorities - Monitor market dynamics and competitor activity to
inform decision-making
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related
field (MBA is a plus) - 8–12+ years of experience, including leadership roles
in a similar market - Proven track record in driving revenue growth and
managing full business operations - Strong understanding of the Kuwait market and
regulatory environment - Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder
management skills - Strategic mindset with strong commercial and financial
acumen
