This role is responsible for designing, developing, and supporting contact center applications and integrations across Genesys Cloud CX and Five9 environments.

Responsibilities
- Design and implement IVR call flows, routing strategies, and omnichannel solutions
- Develop and maintain Genesys Cloud CX and Five9 configurations and integrations
- Build and support chatbot, voicebot, and automation workflows
- Configure queues, routing logic, agent profiles, and customer interaction workflows
- Support API integrations, web services, and custom contact center applications
- Troubleshoot contact center platform issues and coordinate vendor support activities
- Develop technical documentation, diagrams, and system configuration guides
- Support contact center go-live activities, upgrades, and platform enhancements
- Collaborate with IT, operations, and client stakeholders to support business requirements
- Participate in testing, quality assurance, and continuous improvement initiatives
