CDL-A Trainee Driver

Just got your CDL-A in the Palm Springs area? We will get you on the road.

You finished trucking school. Now you need a company that will invest in you, pay you while you learn, and put you in a seat that matters. Drivers in the Palm Springs, Coachella Valley, and Inland Empire area this opportunity is for you.

PAID TRAINING PROGRAM:

3 to 5 week paid training earn while you learn
No prior OTR experience needed we will train you
One on one mentorship with an experienced driver
OTR and regional routes during training
Transition to solo driving upon completion

YOUR PAY:

Paid throughout entire training program
Average weekly earnings after training: $1,300 to $1,500
Performance bonus up to $0.08 CPM
Pay increases automatically with mileage and tenure
Top 25% of drivers earning $1,800+/week

HOME TIME:

2 weeks out | 2 days home
Consistent, predictable reset every cycle

REQUIREMENTS:

Valid CDL-A
Must be at least 21 years of age
Minimum 120 hours from an accredited trucking school
No moving violations or preventable accidents since obtaining CDL-A
No unexplained employment gaps in the last 3 years
Must pass DOT physical and drug test (hair & urine)No DUI/DWI within the last 5 years
No failed drug tests ever
