What You Will Do:
- Basic understanding of project documents and JHA paperwork
- Ability to read and understand rigging plans
- Basic understanding of RF and Steel installation/ modification
- Perform various rigging tasks as directed
- Ability to perform compliant climbing techniques
- Ability to perform truck and trailer maneuvers

What You Will Need:
- High School Diploma
- Observe all company procedures and safety rules
- 6 months- 1 years' experience in cellular construction and/or training
- Excellent physical conditioning and stamina
- Effective communication skills
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions; including but not limited to snow, rain and varying temperatures
- Work as part of our team to ensure customer satisfaction
- Be willing to travel; hotels and per diem provided
- Possess a valid driver’s license and be insurable under the company insurance policy
- Basic computer skills required
- Sweep & PIM testing & fiber testing experience preferred
- Competent Tower Climber and Rescuer Certification preferred
- First Aid & CPR preferred, not required

- Able to climb to and work at heights exceeding 300’ feet.
- The employee needs to have good vision for close work, distance, color discrimination, peripheral, and depth perception.
