Job Description
DCI Donor Services (DCIDS) is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic team member to join us to save lives!! Our mission at DCIDS is to save lives through organ and tissue donation, and we want professionals on our team that will embrace this important work!! We want people with expertise working in a highly regulated environment, aseptic technique, and attention to detail. The Central Sterile Supply Technician is responsible for decontamination, packaging, sterilization and maintenance of instruments, equipment and supplies for processing and packaging operations.

Key responsibilities this position will perform include:   
  • Decontaminates, maintains, packages and sterilizes instruments, equipment and supplies for Process, Recovery, and Ocular departments. 
  • Decontaminates, packages and sterilizes items for various locations and clinics as needed.
  • Performs decontamination of clean room laboratory spaces. 
  • Performs all duties in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures, AATB standards, and FDA regulations.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required. Medical or technical training preferred 
  • One year of experience in Central Sterile preferred 
  • Working knowledge of computers and basic data entry skills required
