LuckyCharm Primary Care in Longview, Texas, is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join our growing team!
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM–5:00 PM

LuckyCharm Primary Care is a patient-centered clinic providing both in-person and telemedicine services across Texas. Led by Uchenne Mbaraonye, DO, a board-certified Internal Medicine physician, our team focuses on preventive medicine, holistic care, and sustainable lifestyle changes.
What You’ll Do
• Welcome and prepare patients for visits, record vitals, and medical history
• Assist with exams, procedures, and patient education
• Administer medications and injections as directed
• Perform phlebotomy, EKGs, and other diagnostic tests
• Verify patient insurance coverage and collect payments or copays
• Manage patient flow, scheduling, and documentation in the EHR
• Support telemedicine visits and coordinate virtual care
• Maintain exam rooms, supplies, and infection control standards
• Communicate effectively with patients and the care team
What We’re Looking For
• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) credential required
• 1+ year of experience in adult primary care preferred
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
• Experience with insurance verification and payment collection preferred
• Proficiency with EHR systems and basic computer applications
• Compassionate, professional, and detail-oriented approach
