Your Role:

Provide compassionate care with dignity and respect for residents
Monitor vital signs and report changes in resident behavior to the nursing and medical team
Assist residents with daily care needs while maintaining comfort and safety
Routinely make rounds and provide responsive resident care and services
Support resident independence and well-being through patient-centered care
Maintain accurate communication with nursing staff regarding resident needs
Ensure reliable attendance and punctuality for assigned shifts
Follow facility policies, procedures, and long-term care standards
Perform additional duties as assigned by management in a resident-centered care environment

Who We’re Looking For:

Current Illinois CNA certification required
Graduate of an accredited CNA program
Caring, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
Passionate about providing personalized care to residents
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Dependable with reliable attendance and professionalism
Motivated to grow professionally within long-term care
