Job Description
Position – Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) 
Location: Ingleside Communities – Mount Horeb, WI (on-site position)  
Status: Full-Time 
Pay Range: $29-$33/hr, Depending on experience

Job Summary:  

Assist residents with their physical therapy needs and document their progress under the supervision of the Therapy Manager.

Qualifications:  

-COTA certificate active in Wisconsin 

-A graduate of an approved education course for occupational therapy assistants 

-Proficient administrative and communication within department and facility and company 

-Display working knowledge of multidisciplinary practice scopes in the Outpatient, ALF, ILF or LTC setting
