CHASER JOB DESCRIPTION 

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Chaser. The primary responsibility of a Chaser is to mirror Service Representative functions daily such as deliver, merchandise and receive payment in customer accounts within delivery territory.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operate a company vehicle to deliver products to customers.
2. Load and unload goods from the vehicle.
3. Follow all safety procedures and traffic laws while driving.
4. Maintain accurate records of deliveries and vehicle maintenance.
5. Provide excellent customer service to our clients.
6. Adhere to delivery schedules and deadlines.
7. Perform all other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

1. Maintain a valid Class R driver’s license with extra incentives for Class D or Class A driver’s license.
2. High school diploma or equivalent.
3. Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
6. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
7. Proficient in using Microsoft Office and accounting software.
8. Customer service-oriented mindset.
9. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
