We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Growth Officer to lead our organization’s sales, marketing, and strategic growth initiatives. This executive will serve as a key member of our leadership team, responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive growth strategy that drives sustainable revenue expansion and market differentiation.

The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in the long-term care space — whether from the facility, provider, or managed care side — and has hands-on experience navigating the complexities of value-based care contracting, including participation in Medicare Shared Savings Program (MSSP) Accountable Care Organizations. A strong understanding of how risk-based models intersect with LTC populations is essential.

LTC ACO partners with primary care groups across the country to improve outcomes, enhance care coordination, and drive success in the Medicare Shared Savings Program. We help long-term care providers deliver high quality, patient-centered care while achieving measurable improvements in clinical, financial, and operational performance.

Why Join LTC ACO?

  • Be part of a mission-driven team advancing value-based care in long-term and assisted living.
  • Work alongside clinical and operational leaders to improve care delivery and outcomes.
  • Make a tangible impact on provider success and patient care.
  • Competitive salary and benefits package.

Responsibilities:

1. Owning the full commercial strategy, including sales pipeline development, business development partnerships, and market expansion.

2. Leading and aligning marketing efforts to support growth objectives and brand positioning.

4. Collaborating with clinical and operational leadership to align growth initiatives with care delivery capabilities.

5. Cultivating and managing strategic partnerships with leading industry organizations, trade associations, and advocacy groups within the long-term care and post-acute space.

6. Representing the organization at key industry conferences and events, serving as a thought leader and brand ambassador to expand visibility and influence.

7. Identifying and securing sponsorship, speaking, and collaboration opportunities with conferences and professional associations to strengthen market positioning and generate pipeline.

Qualifications:

1. Proven executive leadership experience in healthcare, with direct exposure to long-term care settings or provider-side operations.

2. A track record of success in MSSP and/or other value-based care contracting environments.

3. Demonstrated history of driving measurable revenue growth, including building and scaling sales pipelines, closing strategic accounts, and exceeding growth targets in a healthcare or post-acute environment.

4. Experience recruiting, developing, and leading high-performing sales, marketing, and business development teams, with the ability to foster a culture of accountability and results.

5. An established network within LTC and post-acute industry organizations, associations, and conference communities.

6. Strong analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills.

7. The ability to think strategically while executing tactically in a fast-moving environment.
