The Chawanakee Unified School District is located in eastern Madera County and spans approximately 867 square miles, extending from the foothills just 15 minutes from Woodward Park and near Madera Ranchos to the Sierra National Forest.

Chawanakee Unified serves students in transitional kindergarten (TK) through 12th grade. The district operates seven schools and provides a comprehensive range of college and career readiness opportunities designed to support student success.

The primary responsibility is to serve as a member of the District Leadership Team and provide strategic leadership, oversight, and administration of Human Resources, Information
Technology, Maintenance, Operations, Facilities, and Transportation services. The position is
responsible for ensuring compliance with District policies, state and federal regulations,
supporting student and staff success, maintaining safe and efficient operations, and providing
information and recommendations to the Board, Superintendent, staff, and public.
