Currently, we are bidding for Metro projects across India. The position of Chief Project Manager (Civil) is the key position in these BIDs



Missions/Main Duties:
  • Report to Team Leader
  • Responsible for the complete supervision, administration and management of the construction contracts and coordination with contracting agencies and local
    authorities etc.
  • Monitor contractors’ activities with goal of minimizing adverse effects on public safety, traffic, residential and commercial activity, and the environment
  • Make suitable arrangement for monitoring the performance of the contractors and their sub-contractors
  • Provide design, construction schedule and cost status
  • Monitor the contractors’ compliance with regard to the insurance, bond obligation as well as the labor and tax laws
  • Implementation of elevated works, at grade works and underground works
  • Prepare site /working front plans, in consultation with various contractors, to enable smooth working and ensuring completion of works as targeted/ scheduled
  • Supervision and monitoring of elevated stations, viaduct with exposure to underground stations and Tunnels
  • Submission of Monthly Progress Reports describing the status of works performed during the previous month, significant accomplishments, including critical items
  • Shall co-ordinate for all engineering decisions required for the successful and timely implementation of the Project in consultation with client
  • Responsible for technical and programme management and assisting Team Leader in day-to-day matters.


Profile/Skills:
  • Graduate in Civil Engineering
  • Shall have a minimum total experience of 20 years. Out of which minimum 07 years of experience shall be relevant to the present assignment. Out of which
    shall have at least 03 years of experience in the rank of proposed position or one position below
  • Shall have at least 2 years of continuous working experience in a single relevant project.
