Position Summary
The Chiropractic Assistant serves as the first point of contact for patients and plays a key role in ensuring smooth clinic operations. Responsibilities include assisting with patient flow, maintaining records, and providing support to the chiropractor and clinical team.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and check in patients with a positive and professional attitude.
- Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries.
- Prepare treatment rooms and maintain a clean, organized office environment.
- Support the chiropractor with patient therapies and office procedures as directed.
- Maintain accurate patient records and uphold HIPAA confidentiality standards.
- Monitor and restock office and clinical supplies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a medical office, chiropractic clinic, physical therapy practice, or customer service role preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic health records preferred.
