We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and organized Part-Time Chiropractic Assistant to support our growing chiropractic practice in Shinnston, WV. Position Summary
The Chiropractic Assistant serves as the first point of contact for patients and plays a key role in ensuring smooth clinic operations. Responsibilities include assisting with patient flow, maintaining records, and providing support to the chiropractor and clinical team.
Responsibilities
  • Welcome and check in patients with a positive and professional attitude.
  • Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries.
  • Prepare treatment rooms and maintain a clean, organized office environment.
  • Support the chiropractor with patient therapies and office procedures as directed.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and uphold HIPAA confidentiality standards.
  • Monitor and restock office and clinical supplies.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a medical office, chiropractic clinic, physical therapy practice, or customer service role preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic health records preferred.
  • Professional appearance and a commitment to excellent patient care.
Schedule
  • Part-time hours- 3 days a week
