Responsible for unique or complex information systems and/or information technology projects across more than one discipline, such as application support, database administration, software quality assurance/quality control, software engineering, network telecommunications, and infrastructure operations of administration, analysis, engineering and design. Provides direction to other IT Administrators on the project in a senior administrator capacity. Considered a technical specialist in a variety of IT administrator disciplines.
- Manage Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops infrastructure.
- Administer Citrix Workspace, StoreFront, and Delivery Controllers.
- Monitor Citrix environment health, performance, and user experience.
- Participate in 24x7 on-call rotation for Citrix support.
- Perform Citrix provisioning, configuration, and application publishing.
- Implement Citrix automation and optimization strategies.
- Troubleshoot user connectivity, performance, and application delivery issues.
- Maintain Citrix documentation, runbooks, and configuration baselines.
- Manage Citrix security policies and access controls.
- Support disaster recovery and business continuity for Citrix services.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field or equivalent relevant experience; Master’s Degree preferred.
- 8-15 years of experience in information technology, systems administration or other IT related field with 4+ years Citrix Administration experience specifically.
Other Job Specific Skills
- Strong in: Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops 7.x/2109+, Citrix ADC (NetScaler), Workspace.
- Knowledge: Citrix provisioning (MCS/PVS), profile management, HDX optimization, automation.
- Citrix Certified Professional - Virtualization (CCP-V) or equivalent.
