Job Description
Position Summary:
The Civil Sr. Project manager will oversee high-impact infrastructure projects with a focus on wastewater treatment and filtration. This role will be responsible for the strategic leadership, operational management, and execution of civil construction projects from preconstruction through final turnover. The ideal candidate brings deep technical expertise, client-facing professionalism, and a proven track record of managing large-scale, environmentally focused civil projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead civil construction projects with a concentration in wastewater, filtration, and water treatment.

Provide executive oversight from preconstruction planning through construction and closeout.

Ensure project goals are met regarding safety, quality, budget, and schedule.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, regulatory agencies, subcontractors, and team members.

Manage contracts, risk, staffing, and financial performance across multiple projects.

Mentor project teams and contribute to overall business development strategy in the water/wastewater sector.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (PE license preferred).

10+ years of progressive experience in civil construction, with a minimum of 5 years in water/wastewater or filtration infrastructure.

Demonstrated success in leading multi-million-dollar public or private infrastructure projects.

Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

Familiarity with local, state, and federal regulations pertaining to water treatment and environmental projects.
