Job Summary

We are seeking two dedicated and detail-oriented Janitor's to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various facilities, ensuring a safe and sanitary environment for all occupants. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The hours are Sundays, Tuesdays, Thursdays 4pm-10pm. Mondays and Wednesdays 4pm-8pm.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming floors in commercial and residential settings.
• Maintain cleanliness in restrooms, break rooms, and common areas by restocking supplies and sanitizing surfaces.
• Handle waste disposal and recycling according to established procedures.
• Ensure that cleaning equipment is properly maintained and stored after use.
• Report any safety hazards or maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel promptly.

Qualifications

• Previous janitorial or custodial experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Familiarity with commercial cleaning practices and industrial cleaning standards is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
