The Role

We are hiring 16 cleaning contractors to perform full unit deep cleaning during our summer student housing turnover in Flagstaff, AZ. This is a fast-paced, physically demanding, short-term project. You will be part of a team turning 1008 beds in approximately 16 days. Must be available July 31st - August 19th

What You Will Be Doing

- Deep cleaning of apartment units including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas

- Cleaning all appliances (oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher) inside and out

- Sanitizing countertops, sinks, toilets, showers, tubs, and fixtures

- Wiping down cabinets, shelves, closet interiors, and doors

- Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming all surfaces

- Cleaning windows, blinds, light fixtures, vents, and baseboards

- Trash removal from units to designated disposal area

Requirements

- Must have reliable transportation to and from the property

- Physically capable of standing, bending, and lifting for extended periods

- Dependable and able to commit to the full turn duration

- Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic

- Able to follow direction from the on-site Turn Manager

- Must be willing to wear a Luxxe Property Solutions uniform while on site

- No experience required, but cleaning or janitorial experience is a plus

What We Provide

- All supplies, chemicals, tools, and equipment needed to perform the work

- Luxxe Property Solutions uniform (required to be worn on site)

- On-site Turn Manager for daily coordination and support

- Clear unit assignments and scheduling through our live Trello turn tracker

Payment Details

Total project pay is $2,560, paid at the end of turn. Payment is processed on move-in day through Gusto. You must be present on move-in day to address any final touch-ups or resident concerns. A W-9 is required before payment can be processed.
