We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Janitor to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and order in various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all occupants. Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming to maintain cleanliness in assigned areas.


• Conduct industrial cleaning duties to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.


• Buff floors and perform floor care maintenance to enhance the appearance of surfaces.


• Carry out custodial duties in both commercial and residential settings, ensuring all areas are clean and well-maintained.


• Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed, including minor repairs and upkeep of equipment.


• Handle waste disposal and recycling efforts appropriately to promote sustainability.


• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs for replenishment.


• Provide porter services as required, assisting with the movement of furniture or equipment within the facility.

Experience

• Previous experience in janitorial or custodial roles is preferred but not mandatory.


• Familiarity with industrial cleaning techniques and equipment is a plus.


• Skills in residential painting or facilities maintenance are advantageous.


• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.


• Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with team members.
