For over 18 years, Always Best Care Senior Services - Dallas, TX has been dedicated to helping seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. We are seeking a compassionate, organized, and service-oriented Client Care Manager to help us maintain the exceptional level of care and customer service our clients and referral partners have come to expect.
Position Summary
The Client Care Manager plays a key role in ensuring our clients receive outstanding care and support throughout their service journey. This position serves as a primary point of contact for clients, families, caregivers, and referral partners while overseeing care quality initiatives and maintaining compliance with company standards.
The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering an exceptional client experience.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and referral partners.
- Conduct client assessments, supervisory visits, and routine client check-ins.
- Ensure client care plans remain accurate, current, and reflective of client needs.
- Manage and support a team of administrative caregivers and care coordinators.
- Monitor completion of supervisory visits and follow up on outstanding requirements.
- Document client interactions, concerns, and care updates accurately and thoroughly.
- Collaborate with scheduling, operations, and leadership teams to resolve service issues.
- Investigate and address client concerns while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Assist with onboarding new clients and coordinating transitions of care.
- Participate in after-hours support and occasional on-call responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications

- Comfortable working independently and making sound decisions.
- Proficiency with electronic documentation systems and Microsoft Office.
- Previous experience in healthcare, home care, senior care, case management, social services, or customer service management preferred.
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
Work Environment
- Travel throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex is required.
- Company vehicle provided for work-related travel.
- Primarily office and field-based position.
- Some work outside traditional business hours will be required, as we provide care 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

Salary: $60,000 – $65,000 annually
