The Opportunity:
This position will support the client marketing team by providing accurate and detailed marketing and account analysist to aid in new business creation.
In This Role You Will Execute On:
Develop an understanding and complete adoption of Hylant’s servicing tools and processes.
Assist with preparation of various client proposals, presentations and deliverables.
Respond to internal and external client inquiries in a timely manner.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with internal and external clients.
Develop and apply market knowledge of key carriers and vendors.
Research and provide updates to the team regarding market changes, competitiveness and new product options.
Perform other duties and special projects as requested.
In This Role You Will Need:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate or bachelor’s degree in risk management and insurance, benefit, human resources or related field preferred.
Customer service experience, ideally within the insurance industry preferred.
Familiarity with relevant regulations, such as ERISA, HIPPA and ACA.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Strong organizational skills with ability to manage competing priorities.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Passionate work ethic with desire to learn and grow.
Proficient in using relevant MS Office software and systems for reporting, analysis and presentations
Ability to obtain and maintain Life and Health insurance license within 90 days.
Ability and willingness to travel by car or airplane for meetings, conferences, or other business-related functions.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
